Each From Found piece is one of a kind and carefully created in our Adelaide workshop. A lot of time and effort goes into making sure each garment is of the highest standard, and the smallest of details are checked thoroughly to make sure that when you order from us you are getting a piece that you love. When picking a piece make sure you pay close attention to our Sizing Chart, to ensure your best fit, and read product descriptions carefully so you know exactly what you’re ordering.
We understand that sometimes when ordering online mistakes can be made. If you would like to make a return on an order we ask that you contact us via e-mail at email@example.com to discuss your reasons for the return.
E-mails relating to returns must be made within the first 2 days of the recipient receiving the parcel. Once a return has been agreed upon the returned parcel must be received by From Found within the next 14 days by trackable postage. Shipping is paid for by the customer unless the fault lies with us. The item must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
If you receive a piece that is damaged or has a manufacturing fault please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, a photo and description of the fault, and we will repair, replace or refund the item. This contact must be made within the first 30 days of purchase.
Sorry no returns on accessories unless faulty.
The cost of returned merchandise will be refunded to you at the current exchange rate, in Australian dollars. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Returns and exchanges are a costly and time consuming process for a small organisation like ours so we strive to provide you with as much information as possible about each of products to ensure you love what you order.
When e-mailing From Found about any returns please be patient with us as we are a small operation and, while we do value our customers and want to address your concerns, we may not be able to refund or exchange every return.
We endeavour to respond to any of your e-mails within the first 2-3 days of receiving it.
